1. INTRODUCING YOURSELF 

In order to introduce yourself successful you need to have enough confidence and speak by considering the following aspects:

a. State your full name, then talk a little bit about where you were born and current residence.

b. Explain your academic background from primary to University level.

c. Finish by talking about your professional experience in the job post which you are being interviewed. 

By doing these you'll win 100% of this question.

2.PURPOSE OF RECORDS INVENTORY 

A records inventory is compiling a descriptive list of each record series or system including the location of the records and any other pertinent data.

THE FOLLOWING ARE THE PURPOSE OF RECORDS INVENTORY

1. To simplify search and retrieval of records

2. To know the quantity of records held in the organization

3. To describe records.

4. To locate records.

5. To identify records easily.

3. CONTRIBUTION OF FILE PLAN 

The following are the contributions of file plan:

a. It make records easy to retrieve

b. It make easy to arrange records

c. It make records easy to dispose

d. It keep related files together

e. It makes easy know location of files.

4. REQUIREMENTS OF AN ELECTRONIC RECORDS KEEPING SYSTEM 

The following are the requirements of an electronic records keeping:

a. Should support business and organization requirements.

b. Should be Precise

c. Should be complete and comprehensive

d. Should be easy to understand, use and maintain.

e. Should be easily automated.

f. Should be adequately documented. 

5. CONTRIBUTION OF TRACKING FILE MOVEMENT

The following are the contributions of tracking file movement:

a. It maintain accountability on use of records

b. It contributes in knowing the location of files in all times

c. It contribute in preventing loss of files in the organization

d. It reduce users' complaints, in case when the file is not in the registry it is easy to redirect the user to the officer who have the file as the whereabouts of the file are shown in the file movement control tools.

e. It contributes on gaining reputation of having good records management system.
